As first time home buyers we were lost. We had very little knowledge of Real Estate. Our Real Estate Agent, Lisa Miskiewicz, was absolutely wonderful to us. She took us to see homes that were within our price range: regardless of what we were approved for. She obtained the necessary knowledge that she needed, to know what we were looking for. She was patient, kind, considerate and shared her knowledge with us: of what to look for when purchasing a home. Lisa, went above and beyond what we expected of her. Lisa is honest and straight forward, which is what we were looking for in a Real Estate Agent.

I just had my closing a week ago and would tell anyone I know to use Dennis Valvano from DenVal Real Estate if you have to sell your home. I could tell right away that Dennis had a lot of experience as he is very relaxed and gave a me lot of information about the Linden market. DenVal’s office was polite and professional to me, Shannon in particular was fantastic. Dennis even helped me get someone to fix the C of O items I had to repair. In today’s times I found the service and personal attention I was given very special.
